Abstract

Latar belakang: Kekerasan berbasis gender merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan hak asasi manusia yang dapat memberikan dampak terhadap kesehatan fisik, psikologis, seksual, dan reproduksi. Kurangnya pengetahuan, norma gender yang tidak setara, keterbatasan akses informasi, dan rendahnya dukungan sosial dapat memengaruhi kemampuan seseorang dalam mengenali, mencegah, dan mencari pertolongan ketika mengalami kekerasan berbasis gender. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesadaran perlindungan terhadap kekerasan berbasis gender dalam kesehatan reproduksi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 perempuan usia reproduksi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel independen meliputi pengetahuan tentang kekerasan berbasis gender, sikap terhadap kesetaraan gender, akses informasi kesehatan reproduksi, dukungan sosial, dan paparan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi. Variabel dependen adalah kesadaran perlindungan terhadap kekerasan berbasis gender. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat serta bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α=0,05. Hasil: Sebanyak 38 responden (63,3%) memiliki kesadaran perlindungan dalam kategori baik dan 22 responden (36,7%) dalam kategori kurang. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,003), sikap terhadap kesetaraan gender (p=0,008), akses informasi (p=0,017), dukungan sosial (p=0,026), dan paparan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi (p=0,011) dengan kesadaran perlindungan terhadap kekerasan berbasis gender. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan, sikap terhadap kesetaraan gender, akses informasi, dukungan sosial, dan paparan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi berhubungan dengan kesadaran perlindungan terhadap kekerasan berbasis gender dalam kesehatan reproduksi. Edukasi yang komprehensif dan penguatan dukungan sosial diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perempuan dalam mengenali risiko, mencegah kekerasan, serta mengakses pertolongan.
