Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Ibu Terhadap Pelayanan Kesehatan Maternal

ABSTRACT
Maternal compliance with health services is crucial in reducing pregnancy complications and improving maternal and neonatal outcomes. This study aims to analyze factors influencing maternal compliance with maternal health services. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used involving 140 pregnant and postpartum women. Variables included knowledge, education, family support, access to healthcare, and maternal attitudes. Data were analyzed using chi-square and logistic regression. The results showed that knowledge (OR=3.8), family support (OR=3.2), and access to healthcare (OR=2.9) were the most significant factors (p<0.05). It is concluded that maternal compliance is influenced by both individual and environmental factors.

ABSTRAK
Kepatuhan ibu terhadap pelayanan kesehatan maternal merupakan faktor penting dalam menurunkan risiko komplikasi kehamilan dan meningkatkan keselamatan ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan maternal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional terhadap 140 responden ibu hamil dan nifas. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pengetahuan, pendidikan, dukungan keluarga, akses pelayanan, dan sikap ibu. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah pengetahuan (OR=3,8), dukungan keluarga (OR=3,2), dan akses pelayanan (OR=2,9) dengan p<0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan ibu dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu dan lingkungan.
